Order Processing
Order processing can take up to 7 days, depending on available inventory. Please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery to arrive in the mail.
Hair Products Pro offers many professional beauty products that are considered specialty items. We have a vast array of beauty products in stock, but we simply can not stock every product. To expedite order processing time, Hair Products Pro will allow our suppliers, distributors, or manufacturers to ship orders directly to the customer.
When Hair Products Pro is unable to fulfill an order in a timely manner, we will immediately notify the customer by email. Should an order be out of stock or temporarily unavailable, it’s our policy to offer alternative options.
Hair Products Pro has experienced beauty product specialists on staff. We also use the beauty expertise of our network of Distributors/Suppliers/Manufacturers to stay up with latest beauty technologies and beauty trends. In special cases, we can arrange for our Distributors/Suppliers/Manufacturers to contact our customers, when they feel concerned about an order.
We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. It’s our desire to sell products that our customers will enjoy using for many years. When products receive a high incidence of returns from unsatisfied customers or many warranty claims, we will notify our customers of this and offer advice.

Out of Stock Items/Backorder
Hair Products Pro cannot guarantee that all items will be in-stock at the time of purchase. Hair Products Pro uses a large network of salons, suppliers, distributors, and manufactures across the country to fulfill orders. And, many of our products are shipped directly from the brands distributor or manufacturer. Our unique relationship with our large beauty network allows us to offer very competitive prices.
In the event Hair Products Pro is unable to fulfill an order in a timely manner, we will immediately notify the customer by email. Should an order be out of stock or temporarily unavailable, it’s our policy to offer alternative options or offer a FULL REFUND.
Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping cart and simply check out to make your purchase. Our secure network protects your information. All transactions are protected with up to 256-bit Secure encryption.
Returns & Exchange Policy
HairProductsPro.com offers a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. This is a no risk policy for our customers. HairProductsPro.com tries to eliminate the risk and frustration involved with buying online. Within 30 days of purchase, please email or contact us if you are unhappy for any reason. Please send an email to info@hairproductspro.com. We will send a 'Return/Exchange Authorization' email with return instructions. Because we use many distributors, it is important to ship to the proper Fulfillment Center for refunding.
HairProductsPro.com will work to find a replacement or issue a refund to you. Should an item be returned or exchanged, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We do not reimburse shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES REQUIRE RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION. Hair Products Pro will not issue full refunds for returns without prior authorization. Return orders must be in NEW CONDITION and repackaged in the original box as it was received. The return must include all of the contents that came with the order, and in NEW CONDITION. Should the returned item show signs of use, wear, or abuse, HairProductsPro.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15%, and/or refuse the return.
Hair Shears Returns: Because all Hair Shears returns need to be reconditioned by the manufacturer, Hair Shears returns must not be damaged or show signs of excessive wear or abuse. PLEASE NOTE: On all large orders of $800 or more, there is a 18% re-stocking fee. This fee is necessary for reconditioning the returned product at the manufacturer. This fee is non-negotiable. All orders MUST be shipped back and received within 30 days of purchase in order for us to issue a refund. This means that HairProductsPro.com or our authorized distributors must have the returned shipment at our facility within 30 days of order purchase date.
Shipping/Express Shipping
Please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery to arrive in the mail. Most orders are shipped within 7 working days, depending on available inventory. Many of our products are shipped directly from the brands distributor or manufacturer, where processing can take longer than 7 days. Hairproductspro.com ships with UPS and/or USPS. Special directions cannot be provided to UPS or USPS shippers. Shipping to PO BOX's or military address's shall be sent through USPS.
NOTE: USPS mail ONLY offers a delivery confirmation number, NO tracking number.
Hair Products Pro.com is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage to packages during shipping.

International, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Shipping
Hair Products Pro ships to APO/FPO, Alaska, and Hawaii. In most cases, standard USPS shipping rates will apply, however should there be additional Shipping charges, we will contact you. We are not currently setup for international orders, please inquire first.
Manufacturer's Warranty and Warranty Claim
Manufacturer Warranty Claims must be submitted directly with the respective products manufacturer. Hair Products Pro is not responsible for the terms and conditions of the warranty policy set by the products manufacturer. Hair Products Pro will often assist in processing Warranty Claims with manufactures, however, after 30-days of purchase, Hair Products Pro will not accept returns for warranty claim. All Warranty Claims must be file with respective manufacturer.
Defective Merchandise
Satisfaction is extremely important to hairproductspro.com. Freight damages or product defects must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.
