   This one was not my first choice. The one I ordered was out of stock. Lucky for me. The Hair products rep suggested this one. And for the same price as my first choice which was $10 less. But after using Karmin I woulld gladly pay full price for my next one. So worth the money and very impressed how well it straightens my pores humity loving wavy hair.    I have really fine hair and most flat irons are too hot or they make my hair really unmanageable and full of static. I heard about that professional irons have heat control so I could turn the heat down for my type of hair. I was thrilled about that, my friend told my about the Karmin G3 and that they had it for over a year now and it still works and looks like it's brand new.    It’s extremely tiring to have thick hair and a flat iron that won’t do its job properly. First you have to wait for it to heat up, then go over locks of your hair over and over again until it’s more or less straight and risk your hair’s health in the process. A the end your arm is ready to fall off and the results were nothing like you wanted for your hair but you have to deal with it.    I have extremely curly hair, and it’s almost always overrun by frizz no matter the weather. I had heard a lot of good things about the Karmin G3 so obviously I was excited to order it. You can imagine the look on my face when I first tried it on my tightly curled, frizzy hair. My mouth literally dropped open when I saw the hair iron glide over a piece of hair and left it silky and sleek. Very nice surprise! I don’t take an hour to style my hair anymore, it’s now cut down to barely half an hour which is GREAT because my arm doesn’t feel like it’ll drop off when I’m done. (Posted on 8/20/11)

   I wasn’t going to buy the Karmin G3, I originally had another straightener in mind as a first choice, and I ordered it online. It got delivered to my house on schedule but it turned out to be a faulty model, and it stopped working after about the third try. It took me a few days to finally contact customer service and they told me they didn’t have any in stock at the moment so I could wait until another replacement could be available and ship it over, or I could get a full refund. I didn’t want to wait too long for a replacement to show so I asked for the refund and spent that money on my second choice which was the Karmin G3. I actually had money left over from the purchase, so that was already positive. The Karmin G3 arrived on time too and it’s been over two months and it still works as well as it has on the first day. I think it was fate that I should buy the Karmin G3 because I’m very pleased with it, and I’m sure the straightener I originally bought wouldn’t have been able to deliver the same results.    This is a straightener made with us in mind. It actually keeps its promises! I admit that I wasn’t entirely convinced when I first bought it, because you usually don’t get what you pay for with today’s market and it’s very difficult to find something that really works.    I love styling with the Karmin G3, it makes the whole process so easy. And my hair is very thick with a tendency to curl, so that’s saying something. I’ve gone through the whole experience of buying cheap flat irons and having to throw them away after only a few months of use because either they burned themselves out or the fried my locks up with their low grade heaters. Having the Karmin G3 was such a nice change! When I bought it I never assumed it would be the best flat iron I would ever own but after the first try I was convinced of this. I use thermal protectants and hair care products with this flat iron, the same as I did with the other flat irons I’ve owned but only with the Karmin G3 have I ever seen such spectacular results. I mean, my hair has always been on the dull side but after passing those super smooth plates through, it looks like I’ve just stepped out of the salon because of the lovely shine.    The Karmin G3 salon pro is one of the most versatile styling tools I have ever had the pleasure to use. I can straighten, curl, or put waves in my hair whenever it tickles my fancy. The curved plates of this flat iron help a lot when I want to do something different with my hair and I’m a spontaneous person so I need a little variety in my life even if it’s in the form of a flat iron.
